Hi! I’m Beth, the creative mind and muscle behind Florence Oak. With a background in design and my passion for flowers, I was often asked by friends to provide flowers for events. I searched out educators and opportunities to expand on my skill, and through workshops, courses and private classes, I’ve been immensely fortunate to learn from some of the most prolific international floral designers.

With my design studio surrounded by the Florence Oak garden, I’m free to choose from a wide selection of organically grown blooms. The garden is filled with specialty flowers and foliage, not readily available, opening up avenues for artistic expression. I value the ethos of sustainability by using responsible chemical-free farm practices, choosing local growers for additional product and choosing sustainable methods of design to minimize waste.

Florence Oak is a member of the Slow Flowers movement, an organization that helps educate the floral industry and its consumers to embrace local, seasonal and sustainable flowers.
